How is frozen catfish deep-fried?

To deep fry fish fillets that have been purchased frozen from a retailer, cook them for six to seven minutes in oil that has been warmed to 3500F (1800C). Maintain the frozen state of the fish until it is time to prepare it. If you want the greatest results, avoid overfilling the fryer basket and cooking the fish for too long. Before serving, drain the batter from the fried fish.
