Allow cooked pasta to cool slightly then it can be stored in airtight containers ($10.49, The Container Store) in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Again, store pasta and sauce separately, if possible. To reheat, drop the pasta in boiling water for just a few seconds; drain.
